How it Works:

Step 2: Enter your destination, dates, and number of travelers
Step 3: Peruse hotels, pricing, and amenities
Step 4: Book online if ready to confirm
Once you have requested or confirmed a reservation, I am notified directly. From there, I will follow up with you to ensure your personal preferences have been noted, and then follow up with the team on property to ensure you receive the same VIP treatment you are accustomed to when booking with Luxury Ventures Travel.
Book Through the Portal If:
- You’re booking two or fewer guests
- You’re booking at least one business day in advance
- You’re booking a Virtuoso rate that you’re not combining with a Virtuoso promotion that is also offered (for example, a third night free) — if you see the promotion listed in the rate description, you can book online, but otherwise contact our team if you require clarification.

- Be sure to bookmark the Browse & Book program link so you can easily access our portfolio anytime.
- If you find a hotel you want to book but it is not available online, simply email us with your request, and we will take care of it.
- There is a field to add your loyalty program number to the reservation during the booking process, if applicable, as points can be earned on stays when booking the Virtuoso rate.
- Our Browse & Book program on Virtuoso’s website is mobile-friendly, but full access to booking is required via laptop or desktop computer.
