How do I access the website?

Our Browse & Book program on Virtuoso’s website is mobile-friendly, but full access to booking is required via laptop or desktop computer. Please bookmark the Browse & Book program link for easy access to our exclusive portfolio at any time. When should I book through the Virtuoso Booking Tool?

The Virtuoso Booking Tool is ideal for discerning travelers and luxury connoisseurs who want to secure bespoke experiences that honor their refined tastes, even for quick getaways and short business trips. For quick getaways or business trips that need just a hotel room, our Virtuoso Booking Tool is your ideal choice. Perfect for any upcoming travel, the portal offers access to thousands of global premium and luxury properties, including both domestic and international destinations.

If reservation is for two or fewer guests, when booking stay at least one business day in advance, and for Virtuoso rates not being combined with additional promotions (e.g., advance pre-paid & non-refundable). If a promotion is listed in the rate description, you can book online, otherwise, contact our agency.

Can I earn points when booking a Virtuoso rate?

Points can be earned on stays when booking the Virtuoso rate. There is a field to add your loyalty program number to the reservation during the booking process, if applicable.

What should I do if I find a hotel that I want to book but it is not available online?

If you discover a hotel you’d like to book that isn’t available through our online portal, simply reach out to us via email with your request. Our extensive network of preferred partners goes beyond the near 2,000 luxury Virtuoso properties available online.

What if I require assistance with booking additional travel components beyond hotel?

Concierge services may also be added for an additional $150 per hotel booking, however service fee could vary depending upon the complexity and time required to coordinate arrangements for you during your hotel stay. When booking multiple hotels, requiring personalized recommendation, looking for assistance with custom itinerary planning, or other special requests, please contact us directly so we may have you complete our ‘Trip Inquiry’ form.
