Aman New York
New York, New York • Opening 2020
The gilded architectural legend that is the Crown Building is being transformed into an 83-room urban sanctuary. The heart of Manhattan will now be home to the serene soul of the Aman brand, bringing a sense of calm to one of the most dynamic cities in the world. The Aman Spa takes up a full three stories, including a 20-meter indoor swimming pool lined with fire pits and day beds. This new hub for NYC socializing will include a subterranean Jazz Bar, Wine Library, and wraparound Garden Terrace overlooking Central Park.
Nobu Hotel Warsaw

In the bustling core of this historic and increasingly popular leisure travel destination, Nobu Hotel Warsaw will combine tradition with contemporary design in its Poland debut. There will be just under 120 rooms in the property, which will consist of a new building on Wilcza Street and the existing Hotel Rialto, merged together through the brilliance of several architectural firms. Cosmopolitan and cultured, Mexico City is a perfect setting for The Ritz-Carlton’s standards of design and excellence. Located on floors 36 to 47 of one of Mexico City’s tallest buildings, there are unobstructed views of Chapultepec Park from all 153 accommodations and private residences. As per standard, luxury amenities will include a Club Lounge and spa, as well as a Mediterranean-inspired bar and restaurant, pool, and fitness center.
W Hotel Melbourne
